Shrimps mature and breed in tropical marine, freshwater habitats - spend their larval, juvenile, adolescent and sub-adult stages in coastal estuaries, lagoons or mangrove areas. Our Blue Claw Shrimps are grown in 7 ponds, which are 1/2 to 1 acre wide. Blue claw shrimp is one of the largest size shrimps among this specie - small, medium, and large are available. This sapphire blue claw shrimp has a delicate taste and firm texture.
